Really getting to know the clients and identifying all their needs through candid and open exchanges — the first step to a crystal clear relationship.
02 — Knowing how things work
The wisest solutions can come easily with the right real estate consultant, and that’s why I always count on a number of fundamentals which I break ground with: market research, property and community traits, developer performance, information on the location and comparative analysis of different properties or (new) projects.
03 — Covering all sides
Real estate doesn’t stop. My daily endeavors include regularly meeting clients and their representatives, authorities and business peers, developers, as well as visiting and previewing properties and projects, while keeping my clients informed and satisfied with my outlook.
04 — Bringing my client closer to the action
Wherever they are, I believe my clients should be able to see and walk through their potential properties or projects. Technology is on my side, and I make the best use of it by conducting video calls, when possible.
05 — Finishing touches
A property or project is only finished when the exterior matches the interior — or the other way around. In addition to helping my clients find and choose the best real estate options, I also provide home staging strategies and interior design consultancy and support, in order to make a property more appealing for sale or rent.
